As a Polish man raised in America during the rise of Nazism, Thaddeus Krajewski was seen as a target just for where he was born. He was drafted into WWII knowing what he was going to fight for. The way he fought in the war as a Polish man is inspiring to say the least and I hope others look up to him as a true hero like I do. As being Polish myself, even without much information or pictures about Thaddeus, his life fascinated me like nothing has before. I am thankful for him and all the sacrifices he as made for people like me to be here today. Thaddeus Krajewski is the meaning of what it is to be a Silent Hero, very much is known about him or what he looks like but with extensive research, we now know what makes him a Hero to us.
